You can appeal to the Immigration Appeal Division if you sponsored your family or relatives and got rejected by IRCC.
Restrictions: Application rejected due to inadmissibility is not eligible for appeal.
Inadmissibility could be because of the following reasons:
- Organized Criminality
- Security Grounds
- Violation of Human or international grounds
- misrepresentation (unless the person is the sponsor’s spouse, common-law partner or child)
- a severe criminal offense punished in Canada by a term of imprisonment of ten years
Timeline: You have 30 days after receiving the refusal letter to appeal to the IAD.
