Survey for Newcomers in Canada: Your Opinion is Important

Canada is a country that values their people’s opinions. That’s why Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) worked on an online survey for newcomers that will be sent this week. This form wants to help the government understand how the settlement and resettlement services work.  Along with, what can be improved or needs to be changed. Canada’s immigration system is one of the most relevant in the world, and they are putting in the effort necessary to meet newcomers’ needs.

What you need to know about the survey

First of all, it is not mandatory and confidential, it is a completely voluntary action. Definitely, the government will use this information to address the challenges that need to be changed and improve the system. It should be noted, that the answers you provide, will never affect any previous, current or future application with IRCC.

Today, November 27, 2023, this online survey will start arriving in all immigrant’s inboxes in Canada! The individuals who got their Permanent Residence in the years 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022, from 18 years and older, be aware of your email. It is time to express your thoughts about Canada’s Immigration System. 

Furthermore, no worries about the time, it only takes about 20 minutes to complete. Besides, IRCC is pleased to announce that will be available in different languages, such as English, French, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Somali, Tigrinya, Pashto and Farsi. This survey for newcomers will be open to complete until January 7, 2024.

Moreover, you will receive the invitation through email and it will be sent from IRCC <>. It will be a link without any attachments. If you have any questions, they will send you an email address too.
