Which language exam should I take? CELPIP or IELTS

I suggest you take the CELPIP test and I know of a good school that can help you prepare if you want. I got help from a company in Vancouver to pass a test and when i was planning on moving here from Philadelphia. I believe they have a new name, so I'll see if I can find their website link.
